《踰越的姿態》梁海莎的石雕藝術個展

The grace of transgression: Leong Hoi Sa's Art of Stone Sculpture

    我的創作與研究，以造形作為表現核心，擷取自植物、貝殼等造型的元素，捕捉視覺經驗中曾深深凝視，使內心產生悸動的造形。

    創作過程中，我以造形結合相異石材的特性與質地，使雕塑成為一個獨立的生命形象，這些作品所表現的，可能是石材自身的色澤對比，也可能是某個視覺角度下觀看到的造形意象。

    觀眾能夠隨着自身的步調，自由調整與作品之間的距離和觀看位置，透過觸覺與視覺和作品之間產生屬於自己的對話。對我而言，使用石材雕刻作為一個轉化的過程，是緩慢的，也正因為這樣的緩慢，更能讓我觀察到更多造形上微妙細緻的風景。

    此次展覽，綜合了我探索石雕以來從「石雕」及「造形」中得到的觀察與詮釋。

「踰越的姿態」是表達個體生命內在經驗的觀照，在當中尋找人類對界限/禁忌的突破與踰越，所伴隨的焦慮與愉悅的心理伏流/狀態。透過造形語彙，回應潛藏於人類意識中，受約束及壓抑的情感與慾望經驗。

這些透過造形的轉化與指涉，我認為是連結能量轉化中生命的滿盈、消融、消耗的生命形式。一種物種依靠著另一種物種之死而接續存活，微生物的消融推疊乃至食物鏈頂端的生物能量的消耗，而死亡是回到能量全體之連結性當中。

例如︰踰越的姿態Ⅰ、Ⅱ是生命自壓仰的力量中掙脫、釋放的姿態，以造形語彙隱喻身體與心理界限之間跨越、牽扯的瞹眛狀態，喚起內在經驗中的漣漪，擾動生命所依賴的平衡。

《踰越的姿態》展覽於3月18日(五)展出至4月30日(六)，歡迎大家前來參觀。

Setting out from forms, my art and my study appropriate elements of plants and seashells that ever had captured our deep gaze and made our heart pound.  

Through shaping their forms, my creation combines stones of different properties and characteristics, giving my sculpture its life and image. From certain angles, their imagery forms might come from the contrasts of their textures or hues. 

The audience will be able to adjust their own distances and watching positions according to their own paces, and to have their dialog with the works through viewing or touching them. 

To me, stone sculpting is a slow process of transformation, which allows me to observe the miniscule and subtle scenery contained in forms. 

This exhibition carries out my observation and interpretation of forms since I started stone sculpture. The Grace of Transgression expresses my concern for the inner experience of individual beings. It looks into human’s breakthroughs or transgression of boundaries or taboos, and the mental statuses due to the anxiety or pleasure resulting from such activities. With my vocabulary of forms, I respond to the restraint emotions or repressed desires buried in our consciousness.   

I am convinced that these transformations and references are connecting the fulfillment, decline and consumption of lives during the

conversion of energies. One species continues their lives by the vanishment of other species, from the decline of micro beings to the consumption of energies of the highest beings on the top of food chains, death brings back the energies back to the connection.  

The Grace of Transgression I & II present the positions of breaking away from the repressed lives. My formal vocabulary is the metaphor of the ambiguous status of psychological transgressing and struggling. They stir up our inner experience and disrupt the balance we had been cozying in.
